These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Pravikram Projects ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), a real estate developer based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and your engagement with our residential project, Fallon Dunes, located in Sadashivanagar, Bengaluru. By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or visiting our project, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Informational Purpose Only
All content on this website — including renders, plans, specifications, amenities, pricing indications, and descriptions — is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer, invitation to offer, advertisement, or contract of sale under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA") or any other applicable law. Actual product delivered may vary based on design, statutory approvals, site conditions, and on-ground execution.
3. RERA Compliance
Fallon Dunes is being developed in accordance with the provisions of RERA and the Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017. Prospective purchasers are advised to verify project details, approvals, and the RERA registration on the official portal of the Karnataka RERA Authority (rera.karnataka.gov.in) before making any booking decision.
4. Bookings & Payments
Any booking of a residence is subject to execution of the Agreement to Sell, payment of the applicable consideration, and compliance with the booking terms communicated by us in writing. All payments must be made through the modes specified by the Company. Cash payments are not accepted. Statutory charges, GST, stamp duty, registration fees, and other governmental levies are payable additionally as per applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand names, photographs, illustrations, plans, and content on this website are the property of Pravikram Projects or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. No part of this website may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or reliance on any information contained herein. Visitors are advised to independently verify all material facts before taking any decision.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
